  • 1 big Capsicum
  • Spring Onion 5 stick
  • White paper powder 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
  • Soya sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Green Chilli 3-4
  • Green Chilli sauce 1 tablespoons
  • Vinegar 2 tablespoons
  • Coriander leaves few
  • 1 inch Ginger chopped
  • Garlic flakes 5-6
  • Olive oil or oil 4 tablespoons
  • few Curry Leaves
  • 1 cup fried Chicken pieces
  • 1 tablespoons tomatoe sauce
  • 1 maggie cube
  • Salt to taste


  • First boil water and add pasta. 1 tablespoons soya sauce. Few curry leaves. 1 tablespoons oil. N salt to taste. Cook till half done and strain it and keep aside
  • Next in a pan heat oil add chopped ginger. Garlic. Curry leaves green chillies n 1 teaspoon soya sauce and toss it
  • Then add white part of spring onion capsicum fry it for 1 minutes
  • Then add soya sauce black pepper. White paper and fry it few second
  • Then add fried chicken pieces toss it.
  • Then add Maggie cube and salt to taste
  • Then add half boil pasta and mix it well.
  • At last add vinegar and sprinkle green part of spring onion on it
  • Yummy pasta is ready to serve

Black coffee


  • instant coffee powder + 1 tsp. (or more as per choice)
  • 1 cup of water (or as per the size of your mug)
  • 1 tsp. sugar or as per taste


  • Boil the water.
  • Add coffee powder and sugar in a mug.
  • Pour the boiling water and stir. Your black coffee is ready.
  • Add water, coffee powder and sugar in a microwave safe mug and micro it for 1 minute.
  • You can microwave it for longer but keep a check as to prevent it from boiling over. Stir and enjoy.

Chicago-Style Pan Pizza

  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough
  • 1 pound italian sausage
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 ounces slice fresh mushroom
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 28 ounce can diced tomatoes,drained
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 fennel seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F(175 degrees C). pressthe dough into the bottom and up the side of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Crumble the sausage into large skillet over medium-high heat. cook and stir until evenly browned. Removed the sausage with a slotted spoon, and sprinkle over the dough crust. sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sausage.
  • Add mushroom and onion to the skillet; cook and stir until the onion is tender. stir in the tomatoes, oregano, salt, fennel seed and garlic powder. spoon over the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 25 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven, or until crust is golden brown.
